Course Information
Lets Dutchify aims to ensure that all course descriptions, pricing, schedules, learning objectives, and related information published on this website are accurate at the time of publication.
However, educational content may occasionally require updates to improve quality, reflect curriculum improvements, or respond to operational requirements. Course availability, schedules, class sizes, teaching methods, instructors, and learning materials may change where reasonably necessary. Whenever practical, students affected by significant changes will be informed in advance.
Course Fees & Payments
All course fees published on the Lets Dutchify website are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated. Course fees are payable using the payment methods accepted by Lets Dutchify at the time of enrolment. An enrolment will generally be confirmed only after successful receipt of the applicable course fee.
Lets Dutchify reserves the right to update course pricing, promotional offers, payment methods, or payment procedures from time to time. Such changes will generally apply to future enrolments and will not affect payments already accepted unless required by applicable law. Failure to complete payment within the requested timeframe may result in delayed or cancelled enrolment.
Refund & Cancellation
Lets Dutchify aims to maintain a transparent and fair refund process. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following refund policy generally applies:
- An 80% refund may be requested within the first 3 sessions (6 hours).
- A 50% refund may be requested within the first 5 sessions (10 hours).
- Refunds will generally not be available after more than 5 sessions have been attended.
Refund requests should be submitted promptly using the contact information provided on this website. Where a student is unable to complete a course due to personal circumstances, Lets Dutchify may, at its reasonable discretion and subject to future class availability, allow participation in a future batch for revision purposes. Such arrangements are offered as a goodwill gesture where appropriate and are not guaranteed.
Course Scheduling & Attendance
Course schedules are communicated to students before or shortly after enrolment. Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions punctually and participate respectfully throughout the course. Where reasonably possible, Lets Dutchify may accommodate scheduling adjustments or alternative arrangements. However, such accommodations remain subject to availability and operational requirements. Missed sessions do not automatically qualify for refunds, replacement classes, or course extensions unless otherwise agreed.
Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to:
- Maintain respectful behaviour during all learning sessions.
- Participate in a manner that supports a positive learning environment.
- Provide accurate enrolment information.
- Follow reasonable instructions provided during classes.
- Use course materials solely for personal educational purposes.
Students should not engage in abusive, disruptive, unlawful, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour that interferes with the learning experience of others. Lets Dutchify reserves the right to suspend or discontinue a student’s participation where such behaviour is considered inappropriate or inconsistent with these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, lesson content, presentations, worksheets, learning resources, website content, branding, logos, graphics, text, videos, downloadable resources, and other educational materials remain the intellectual property of Lets Dutchify or their respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.
Students are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use these materials solely for their own learning purposes. Without prior written permission, students may not:

Course Completion Certificates
Students who successfully complete the applicable course requirements may receive a Lets Dutchify Course Completion Certificate where such certification is offered for the selected course.
A Course Completion Certificate acknowledges successful participation or completion of the course. It should not be interpreted as an officially accredited diploma, government qualification, professional licence, or certification recognised by any external authority unless explicitly stated by Lets Dutchify.
Lets Dutchify reserves the right to determine the eligibility criteria for issuing certificates and may update such criteria from time to time.
