About This Course

Start learning Dutch from the very beginning with our A0 Beginner Dutch course. This course is designed for complete beginners with little to no previous knowledge of Dutch and focuses on building a strong foundation in the language.

You will learn the Dutch alphabet, pronunciation, essential greetings and pleasantries, numbers, days and months, personal information, family, countries, nationalities, clothing, emotions, professions, and other useful everyday vocabulary.

The course also introduces important Dutch grammar and sentence structures, including zijn and hebben, question formation, statement inversion, het and de words, singular and plural forms, adjectives, modal verbs, negation, demonstratives, and the basic use of the Imperfectum and Perfectum.

Alongside grammar and vocabulary, you will practise listening, reading, writing, speaking, and Dutch pronunciation through practical exercises and everyday situations.
