Course Pricing & Currency
All course fees displayed on the Lets Dutchify website are listed in Euros (€). Course prices are clearly displayed before enrollment. Unless otherwise stated, all payments must be made in Euros.

Before confirming your enrollment, Lets Dutchify may request certain information to recommend the most suitable course and manage your enrollment efficiently.

How to Purchase a Course
Enrolling with Lets Dutchify is simple. Your enrollment is confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and accepted, after which you will receive a confirmation email with your enrollment details, access information where applicable, and any further instructions required to begin your course.
- Step 1: Browse our available Dutch language courses.
- Step 2: Choose the course that best matches your current level and learning objectives.
- Step 3: Contact Lets Dutchify through the Contact page, WhatsApp, or email.
- Step 4: Receive guidance regarding course selection, availability, and scheduling.
- Step 5: Complete your payment using the payment instructions provided.
- Step 6: Receive your enrollment confirmation and class information.
- Step 7: Begin your Dutch learning journey.
Payment Options
Lets Dutchify currently accepts the following payment method:
- iDEAL
Additional payment methods, including Stripe and PayPal, may be introduced in the future as our online learning platform continues to develop. The availability of payment methods may vary depending on your country or applicable payment provider.
Course Access After Payment
Once your payment has been successfully confirmed, you will receive the information necessary to begin your course. Depending on your selected course, this may include:
- Enrollment Confirmation
- Class Schedule
- Joining Instructions
- Learning Resources (where applicable)
- Important Course Information
As Lets Dutchify continues to improve its online learning platform, additional features such as a student portal, downloadable learning resources, progress tracking, or other educational tools may become available in the future. The availability of such features may vary and should not be considered part of the current enrollment unless specifically stated.
Course Completion Certificate
Students who successfully complete their selected course may receive a Lets Dutchify Course Completion Certificate. The certificate confirms successful participation and completion of the course.
A Course Completion Certificate is intended as recognition of course completion and should not be interpreted as an officially accredited diploma, government qualification, or professional licence unless explicitly stated by Lets Dutchify.

Refund & Cancellation
Lets Dutchify aims to provide a fair and transparent refund process.
Refund Eligibility:
- 80% refund if cancellation is requested within the first 3 sessions (6 hours).
- 50% refund if cancellation is requested within the first 5 sessions (10 hours).
- No refund will be issued after more than 5 sessions have been attended.
If a student is unable to complete the course due to personal circumstances, Lets Dutchify may, at its sole discretion and subject to class availability, allow participation in a future class for revision purposes. Such accommodation is not guaranteed and will always depend on future scheduling and available capacity. Detailed refund conditions are governed by the applicable Terms & Conditions.

Lets Dutchify aims to respond to enquiries within 3 working days, although many enquiries are answered sooner whenever possible. Response times are estimates and may vary depending on workload, holidays, or exceptional circumstances.

- Future improvements, additional website features, student tools, and online learning resources may be introduced over time without prior notice.
- Lets Dutchify reserves the right to update course information, website content, policies, pricing, payment methods, and operational procedures where reasonably necessary. The most recent version published on the website shall apply unless otherwise required by applicable law.
